The BLACK finish on the blade and ring is obtained by a specific treatment (PVD coating). This treatment improves the resistance to corrosion (in accordance with food contact). The oak handle from French forests is varnished. This knife offers excellent cutting quality. The safety ring allows the user to work without any risks.

Stainless steel is alloy steel. The addition of chromium increases its resistance to corrosion. Stainless steel does not require any special maintenance.
This black blade is matt and more resistant to rust than a classic stainless steel blade. This blade is more sensitive to the risk of scratching, be careful not to use abrasive products or sponges when you clean it.
Our oak comes from France. It is a hardwood, resistant to insects and fungi thanks to its high tannin content. It has a yellow-brown appearance, with regular veining.
Virobloc is made in stainless steel with a specific black treatment which improves the protection against corrosion. This treatment is scratch-sensitive, be careful not to use abrasive products or abrasive sponges when cleaning.
